Prices and billing currencies are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay.
Listed prices include applicable taxes.
- Additional fees
- Internet connection and data charges are your responsibility. Your card issuer may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. Optional add-ons (such as email alerts, scan credits, exports and mutuals) are charged separately at the price shown before you buy them.
- Payment methods
- Credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay), processed by Stripe.
- Payment timing
- You are charged when you place your order. Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged at the start of each billing period until canceled.
- Service delivery
- The service is available immediately after payment is completed.
- Cancellations and refunds
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, including statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty services. Any refund guarantee offered when you purchased continues to apply to that purchase.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges, not past ones, and we do not issue pro-rated refunds for a partly used billing period.
Refunds are limited to technical failure: within 7 days of purchase, if the product failed to work as described, you contacted support and gave us a chance to fix the issue, you cooperated with troubleshooting, and your account was not flagged for misuse. We do not refund for changes of mind, misunderstanding the Service, or dissatisfaction with the results.
